Remote Backing Dog Instructions.

  • After opening the package remove all loosely packaged items from within the Backing Dog.

  • Give the battery a full charge with supplied DC charger. All green indicator light will illuminate when fully charged. Battery does not need removed for it to be charged.

  • Install the supplied antenna to its port (picture attached).

  • After the charging is completed remove the DC charger and plug the main feed line into the battery.

  • Activate the dog by powering the unit with the toggle switch on the battery.

  • Push the A button on the transmitter for 1 second to bring the dogs body up. It will stop on its own when vertical.

  • Attach the magnetic head and tail in place.

  • The B button on the transmitter will retreat the dog to its hidden position.
  • The C and D buttons are only for jogging the dog up and down and are only really used during assembly.

  • On the back side of the frame and next to the antenna is an oval hole. Inside that hole is a toggle switch that can raise or lower the dog without the transmitter, this is also rarely needed. If you ever have any issue with the dog not properly raising or lowering check this first to make sure it is in the center or neutral position.

  • For storage of the unit lower dog, turn off the battery and flip the head and tail to an inbound position.
